Coined the words 'Integrated Residential Complex' and created a 180 acre residential township, commonly known as Lokhandwala Complex.
We created 'Green Acres' a series of 5 wings of 17 storied Towers within 34 days, deploying the use of Slipform Technology for the first time in residential buildings within Mumbai.
Deccan Hills - township at Lonavla with 60 Acres of man-made lake and a dam. Also India's first sustainable environmentally friendly second home township at Khandala.
First landscaped, decorated themed round about in Mumbai known as 'Juhu Circle'.
Creation of Mumbai's first public/private garden known as Joggers Park. Also designed the 350 acre Lokhandwala township in Kandivali.
Mumbai's first five star super deluxe 508 key hotel known as Regent Mumbai and later called the Taj Lands End. Architecture, Interiors were all indigenously designed.
Created India's largest ozonised pool at the Radisson White Sands Goa. This resort hotel of 150 keys spread over 35 acres of beach front property was designed and commis-sioned within 11 months from start of work at site.
Mumbai's first full IB School known as Ecole Mondiale World School. Designed and commissioned in 9 months.
India's first fully themed entertainment district known as 'Culture Gully' at King-dom of Dreams, Gurgaon. Also created Nautanki Mahal - India's largest first encapsulated broadway theatre.
India's first 4 tier data center designed for Maharashtra Police CDAC/OPS building project.
